1980	The east coast's busiest mall Military Circle now hosts a Chick-fil-A store, Sam Doyle is the Operator.
1981	Greenbrier Mall opens with a Chick-fil-A in a new Food Court concept, Ken Oliver the Operator.
1981	Lynnhaven Mall is opened by Scott Marchman the Operator.
1982	Pembroke Mall now sports a new Chick-fil-A unit, the Operator is Terry Shelton.
1989	Patrick Henry Mall is now the home of a new Chick-fil-A, Kevin Harrison is the Operator.
1989	Chesapeake Square Mall opens with Sean Hess as the Operator.
1995	Tidewater's first Drive-thru only is put on Virginia Beach Blvd. Mark Mitchell the Operator.

1999	General Booth Blvd. FSU has been handed off to a Ret. Navy Commander Jerry Ellison.
1999	Hello Williamsburg, VA. You now have a Chick-fil-A at Monticello Market Place operated by Scott Peto.
2000	Haygood FSU opens under the tutelage of John Haynes.
2000	Hilltop FSU in Virginia Beach is opened by the veteran Operator Mike Easmiel.
2000	Coliseum Drive FSU is finally open and is operated by "RED" Witten.
2001	Kiln Creek in Newport News comes online with Kevin Harrison at the helm.
