In 1997, Chick-fil-A^® achieved one of it's proudest milestones, reaching beyond the $14 million scholarship amount awarded to team members throughout the Chick-fil-A family. To Chick-fil-A, that represents over 10,000 team members we have been fortunate enough to work with and assist in their pursuit of a bright future.

Chick-fil-A awards $1,000.00 Leadership Scholarships as well as an additional 25 $1000.00 S. Truett Cathy Scholar Awards to specially selected individuals.

We recognize the challenges in today's competitive environment, and we are committed to supporting and inspiring academic ambitions through the Chick-fil-A Leadership Scholarship Program.

How You May Qualify

You must be currently employed with a Chick-fil-A restaurant.
You will be attending a two or four-year accredited college, university or technical school.

Application Requirements

Application must be submitted with the approval of a Unit Operator.
A letter of recommendation from your Operator.
A letter of recommendation from a non-work related individual. Family members are excluded.
High school or college transcripts are to be included with the application.
A letter of acceptance or proof of enrollment from a two or four-year accredited college, university or technical school.
Your application must be approved by Chick-fil-A, Inc.

Additional Tuition Assistance

Some Chick-fil-A Operators in the Hampton Roads Area offer additonal tuition assistance for long term team members. Please contact individual stores for details.
